Accor, together with Singapore’s Fragrance Group, will open Australia’s second Mövenpick hotel in Melbourne next month.
Situated at the meeting point of Melbourne’s iconic Spencer and Bourke Streets in the CBD, the 172-room premium hotel will form the six-level podium of the 78-storey Elenberg Fraser architect-designed Premier Tower development.
Mövenpick Hotel Melbourne on Spencer will feature contemporary design and boutique interiors, a dedicated café serving the brand’s signature ice cream, an exotic blend of modern Southeast Asian cuisine at its very own Miss Mi restaurant and bar, a daily ‘Chocolate Hour’ and an assortment of other Mövenpick brand signature offerings.

Accor will welcome the second Mövenpick hotel in Australia with the opening of Mövenpick Hotel Melbourne on Spencer in May.
The property is being developed alongside Fragrance Group Limited of Singapore.
Situated at the meeting point of Spencer and Bourke Streets in the central business district, the 172-room premium hotel promises to indulge and delight guests with its contemporary design and boutique interiors.
There will also be a dedicated cafe serving a signature ice cream, an exotic blend of modern south-east Asian cuisine the Miss Mi restaurant and bar, a daily Chocolate Hour and an assortment of other Mövenpick brand signature.

Accor has opened the doors to Australia’s first Mövenpick hotel, which stands on one of Hobart’s principal heritage streetscapes near the city’s waterfront.
Welcoming its first guests yesterday, the 221-room Mövenpick Hotel Hobart features boutique interiors inspired by Tasmanian nature, fine food and wine experiences at Tesoro Modern Italian restaurant, a daily ‘Chocolate Hour’, and an assortment of other Mövenpick brand signature offerings.
All guestrooms are situated on floors three to 18, with many providing breathtaking panoramic views and connecting guests with Hobart’s spectacular natural setting, while the common areas, designed by global design agency Greymatters, are located on the first two floors.
