Victory Hotel Partners announces six new agreements closed in the 4th quarter of 2021, since their acquisition of Hay Creek Hotels earlier this year, including an expansion of its portfolio of upscale independent hotels into the west.

Hartness, a new 444-acre urban village in Greenville’s Eastside off Highway 14, is opening the doors to what it calls “an elevated fast-casual dining experience” in the Village Center.
Inside, bakers will use a stone hearth oven to serve up flatbreads and a farm-to-table menu under the tutelage of Executive Chef Tanner Marino alongside a curated selection of craft wines, beers, canned cocktails ands sparkling juices, according to a news release.
Chicken and cornmeal waffles along with Red Clay hot honey, avocado toast on nine-grain bread with roma tomatoes and scallions and the fig and pig flatbread with goat cheese, prosciutto, brown turkey figs, red wine reduction and arugula are a few of the signature menu items.
