Members of Hot Springs National Park Rotary Club were given their first look inside Garland County Library s new bookmobile Wednesday afternoon following a presentation from the library s executive director.
Today s festivities surrounding the First Ever 20th Annual World s Shortest St. Patrick s Day Parade are only the beginning of two days of fun, as more activities are planned for the 20th anniversary and to coincide with the parade falling on a Friday, according to Visit Hot Springs.
