Ottolenghi opens pop-up wine shop in Belgravia
18 December 2020 By Lucy Shaw
Jerusalem-born London-based chef Yotam Ottolenghi has turned his deli on Motcomb Street in Belgravia into a pop-up wine shop in the run up to Christmas
As reported by
Hot Dinners, the pop-up shop is the brainchild of Pierre Malouf, general manager of Ottolenghi’s all-day brasserie, Nopi in Soho.
According to
Hot Dinners, Malouf, is “dedicated to celebrating low intervention, natural wines”, meaning the pop-up shop is brimming with organic and biodynamic ‘natural’ wines that take a hands off approach in the winery.
Open until Christmas Eve, among the wines available will be a selection of sparklers, from Champagne and Prosecco to the less celebrated crémant and Lambrusco.
