On Tuesday, May 23, 2023, the Hospitality Unlocked conference took place at SHL Schweizerische Hotelfachschule Luzern in Lucerne, Switzerland. The interactive event, or ganised by Chiara Segmüller, a dedicated SHL student, and the HSMAI Europe Student Council, attracted hospitality management students from across Europe to spend an exciting day together.
