Skander Ayari, a seasoned hotelier with more than two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, has been appointed as the Hotel Manager of the landmark property Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay. Skander’s background spans over twenty years and five countries, from city hotels in the Middle East and Europe to resorts in Africa. He has been with Four Seasons since 2019.
Born and raised in Tunisia, Skander pursued his studies in France and graduated from the Hospitality Management School of Strasbourg. His career started in the food and beverage department at the Hilton, where he was promoted to the food and beverage manager position. Then, pursuing a new opportunity, he took the leadership of the food and beverage division of the Concorde La Fayette Paris. His third role in Paris was the director of food and beverage at Le Méridien Etoile Paris.
