Provincial Administrator Rayfrando Diaz II said on Wednesday the registration is now open for minors in this age group wanting to avail of the vaccine. "We are inviting the parents, guardians you can have your children registered at the TLJPH or the Provincial Health Office or even in my office. You are really welcome," he told reporters.
