Jammu Tawi Feb 22: The Health and Medical Education (H&ME) Department has ordered the constitution of Hospital Equipment Management Committee (HEMC) for equipment audit and preventive maintenance at CHCs and District Hospitals. As per an order, the committee comprises of Facility In-charge, senior most consultant, Dy.MS or Medical Officer, stores or senior most MO, head
