CREST HILL Now that more than one month has passed since 50-year-old Crest Hill resident Wendy Gessing disappeared, Crest Hill Police Chief Ed Clark issued a news bulletin Friday night providing more details about the case.
Until now, Clark had not revealed that Gessing was last seen at her place of employment, the Pizzas by Marchelloni restaurant at 1603 North Raynor Ave.
The business has been owned for many years by Gessing s long-time, live-in boyfriend. The couple live just a few blocks away in a small ranch house on Hosmer Lane.
