Road when a man walks up to her, grabs her by the arm, drags her behind these buildings and into that wooded area where you see police are right now where you see wooded area near septa train tracks. Police say once the man got the woman back there, he began ripping off her clothes, he began taking down his pants before she was able to break free and call police. Police were able to get here within minutes. They found the guy on his bicycle just a couple blocks away on state road. The victim ided the man as he was are a revved. Investigatorings believe he may have planned this attack because they found a blanket and some Water Bottles at the scene.
