The Princess Máxima Center for pediatric oncology is to embark on a close collaboration with German top centers in Heidelberg in the field of childhood cancer research. With this strategic collaboration, the Dutch Princess Máxima Center and the German Hopp-KiTZ childhood cancer center aim to accelerate developments toward even better treatment options for children with cancer.
With this Twinning Program , the Princess Máxima Center, the Hopp Children s Cancer Center Heidelberg (KiTZ), the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) and the Heidelberg University Hospital (UKHD) are joining forces as centers of excellence in the field of pediatric cancer research.
