The types of pizza available just made a big leap forward in the Hopatcong Lake Region with the debut of “A Slice of New Jersey” that specializes in Neapolitan-style pizza. While only available on a limited basis, they will soon be expanding the availability.
A Slice of New Jersey is the brainchild of local resident Chris Hill who spent his life since 2005 in a global search for the perfect pizza. One of his many travels brought him to the birthplace of Pizza (Naples, Italy 1700’s), where he experienced the true essence of Pizza Napoletana (Neapolitan pizza) that quickly became his favorite pizza worldwide.
