EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) -On Thursday, Harrison’s Dashawn Willett was announced as the Hoops Live Week 3 Player of the Week winner.
The junior’s 15,070 votes smashed a Hoops Live record for the season after his big performance against Memorial on Friday night.
Willett scored 20 points, dished out 7 assists and grabbed 3 rebounds as the Warriors defeated the Tigers by 19 points.
Harrison (7-6) will now host Vincennes Lincoln (1-9) on Friday night at home for a 7:00 p.m. tipoff.

ROCKPORT, Ind. (WFIE) - South Spencer senior Jace Kelly earned the Hoops Live Week 1 Player of the Week crown on Thursday night.
The senior amassed 1,707 votes to beat out the other nominees.
Kelly helped the Rebels to a 95-60 win over Evansville Day School last Friday night, notching 17 points, six rebounds and six assists. He also recently surpassed the 1,000 point mark for his high school career.
South Spencer (10-2) will face Forest Park (6-2) on the road on Friday.

Voting begins Monday afternoon and is only available on the 14 Sports App and is open until 7 p.m. Thursday. The Hoops Live week one Player of the Week winner will be announced Thursday at 10 p.m.
