A Millsboro man faces an assault charge after police say he punched another man, who ended up being taken to an area hospital. Police say the second man had exposed himself May 1 outside Hooked Up Ale House.
Police were called at 7:45 p.m. to the ale house on Town Center Road in Millville for a report of a disorderly individual, where they found an unconscious man in the parking lot, said Master Cpl. Heather Pepper of the Delaware State Police.
Medical personnel were treating the Bethany Beach man, 26, and he was taken to an area hospital and later transferred to Christiana Hospital in serious condition, Pepper said.
