On May 20, 2021, the Northwest Suburban Bar Association (NWSBA) held its annual meeting, where it awarded the Honorable Timothy C. Evans scholarship. Attorney Gary Newland hosted the meeting as president of the NWSBA, and Judge Timothy Evans was in attendance to honor the scholarship recipients. Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi and Harper College President Avis Proctor spoke.

April 28, 2021 David Clay Fowlkes, Acting United States Attorney for the Western District of Arkansas, announced that Angel Denette Cameron of Bella Vista, Arkansas, but originally from central Louisiana, was sentenced today to 66 months in federal prison without the possibility of parole followed by three years of supervised release on one count of False Claims against the United States, one count of False Declaration under Perjury, and one count of Aggravated Identity Theft. The Honorable Timothy L. Brooks, United States District Judge, presided over the sentencing hearing in the United States District Court in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

City Court Judge Incumbent to Run in 2021 Election
BEACON, NY (March 4, 2021) – Current Beacon City Court Judge, Honorable Timothy G. Pagones, today announced his bid for re-election to run as a candidate in the 2021 election.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – David Clay Fowlkes, acting United States attorney for the Western District of Arkansas, announces 40-year-old Nicolas Brown of Springdale was sentenced Tuesday to 84 months in federal prison followed by three years of supervised release for one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm. The Honorable Timothy L. Brooks presided over the sentencing hearing in the United States District Court in Fayetteville.According to court records on June 15, 2020, detectives with the 4th Judicial District Drug Task Force along with Springdale police officers executed a search warrant at a residence that Brown had been residing in. During the search, officers located and seized a handgun, a rifle (reported stolen) and a shot gun (reported stolen), several rounds of ammunition, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Brown was taken into custody without incident.
