INTA Bulletin about the emergence of tech-savvy and talented law students, the arrival of women in leadership positions, and the many changes ahead for the trademark profession.
Ms. Kuhlke is an administrative trademark judge with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), appointed in 2005. She began her career at the USPTO in 1994 and prior to that had experience at a law firm in Washington, D.C., USA.
