NEW HAVEN For former residents of the now-demolished Church Street South housing complex, it’s been a long time coming.
A judge has approved an $18.75 million settlement of a class-action lawsuit filed in 2016 on behalf of residents and former residents of the apartment complex that had existed opposite Union Station.
