San francisco has already managed to see some rain but right behind that forming just off the pacific we can see that Atmospheric River that is expected to bring heavy downpours, windy conditions which is going to be a major threat in terms of flooding which is why later tonight we will be expected to be under a microclimate alert and this is looking ahead tonight into sunday.
