Edianyun.com, an office IT infrastructure service provider, has secured over 500 million yuan ($76.9 million) in a Series E round, while Chinese agritech firm XAG has raked in 300 million yuan ($46.2 million) in a Series C++ round.
Edianyun.com closes $77m Series E round
Edianyun.com, a Chinese office IT infrastructure service provider, has secured over $77 million in a Series E round of financing led by Beijing-based investment firm Source Code Capital.
Matrix Partners China, which is affiliated to Matrix Partners in the US; Chinese venture capital (VC) firm Seas Capital; and an unnamed sovereign wealth fund participated in the investment.

At the end of January 2021, the People’s Bank of China Fintech Committee meeting was held in Beijing. The meeting summarized the work in 2020 and announced key tasks in 2021. According to the press, the Fintech Committee will focus on the following tasks next year, including:
