A resolution re-appointing Crowe U.K. LLP as auditors of the Group was approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting held on 21 October 2019. Shareholders will be asked to approve the re-appointment of Crowe U.K. LLP as auditors of the Group at the next annual general meeting. Going concern The Group is focused on the development, by organic growth, of a financial training business in China, and, apart from a small amount of interest receivable and a small amount of revenue from certain course offerings, currently has no income stream.
