yes123求職網調查發現，有63.3%的就業者和41.4%的企業評估今年疫情對台灣經濟衝擊大於去年;三級警戒下，上班族預估疫情對所任職企業的衝擊時間平均數為5.7個月，16%的人認為在12個月以上，資方預估受衝擊時間平均數為5.2個月，12.1%的企業認為在12個月以上。
調查顯示，77.7%的就業者表示疫情致使每月總收入減少，在可多選的具體原因項中，「正職、本業收入減少」比例達81.3%，「兼職、副業收入減少」比例為37.7%，「投資理財收益減少」比例為24.2%;每月總收入因疫情衝擊而減少的平均數為11703元，以當局公布的「經常性薪資」水平43040元推算，減幅為27.2%。56.8%的就業者透露，個人負債壓力因疫情而增加。
關於資方的調查顯示，48.9%的企業認為疫情對全年招募計劃產生負面影響，比例高於去年的24.4%，其中有18.3%的企業表示考慮停招;58.3%的企
