(KSLA) - The Bossier City Police Department is announcing the arrest of three people allegedly connected to two separate cases: a homicide on I-220 and a young girl shot in the leg in Golden Meadows. Both cases happened in January of 2020. On Jan. 17, Sheniquel Sade O’Neal, 29, was found shot to death in her car, which had crashed on I-220 near Airline Drive.

Worthing residents have rallied round a much-loved wildlife sanctuary threatened with development. Tuesday, 11th May 2021, 10:28 am A 60-acre plot of land in the Nancy Price Sanctuary, off Honeysuckle Lane in High Salvington, was the subject of an ‘adverse possession claim’, also known as squatters’ rights, by a property looking to extend its back garden. The attempted purchase of the protected land, which is owned by Worthing Borough Council, angered residents including the High Salvington Residents’ Association (HSRA).
