Four people were sent to jail today in a case filed over the gang-rape of a woman with a mental disability in Homna upazila of Cumilla.
The four arrestees are Hasan, 27, Rassel, 20, Yousuf alias Badsha, 25, and Sohag, 16, of Homna upazila, said Abul Kayes Akand, officer-in-charge of Homna Police Station.
All four were arrested from their homes after a case was filed against them with the station, he said.
They were sent to jail by Cumilla district court today, our Cumilla correspondent reports, quoting the police official.
