sort of homeland security apparatus is what we call sort of right of boom planning in other words. you have to assume that the bad thing will happen until we are able to manage this gun violence. and so you see a lot of preparation from small hospitals to large metropolitan hospitals on what do you do in that moment, how do you surge resources, how do you get the personnel in, how do you protect them, and the most importantly thing i say too often on this is family unification, that s most important in any crisis. you have to get the family members notified. they need to know what s going on. you have to get them with the patients, if they are able. so you saw that sort of choreographed response and it s it s sophisticated because of this need for us to prepare, because these incidents that are happening too much. we just simply can t stop them enough. and so then to your second part about motivation, we just don t know yet. we know his identity. we know he s a white 30-year-old
