Homegrown, but at home
This year’s Homegrown Music Festival Winter Fiasco, traditionally a condensed version of the multiple bands-venue hopping that occurs during the festival-festival, will be an online showcase of performances, interviews and archive footage available on Jan. 22 in four 1-hour episodes on the festival’s YouTube channel and website.

Homegrown Music Festival is an eight-day event held in early May that features upward of 170 bands with local ties in addition to poetry, video, visual arts, musician versus musician kickball and fire spinning. This year’s in-person events have been canceled, and the festival will be held virtually May 2-May 9.
