The call came from this home. The family members identified the suspect, 30yearold robert vega of fairfield. We spoke to police about the suspect, here is what they had to say. Fairfield Police Department was contacted. They were able to locate the suspect and the child in front of a resident inside a vehicle. They were arrested without incident.
