OCCUPIED-AL-QUDS: Adnan, a Palestinian from east al-Quds, vowed rubber bullets fired by Israeli police would not deter him: Silence is not an option in defence of Arabs in the Holy City, he said.
East al-Quds, the majority Palestinian part of the city annexed by Israel in 1967, has been hit by some of its worst unrest in years. Hundreds of Palestinians have been wounded and dozens arrested in confrontations with police who have been hit with stones and other projectiles hurled by mainly young and male Palestinian protesters, who have also torched cars and dumpsters.

The UAE Fatwa Council, has ruled that Coronavirus vaccines are permissible for Muslims even if they contain pork gelatin
At a time when everyone is waiting for the arrival/distribution of Corona virus vaccine, Muslim scholars created a new controversy over its use by starting the halal-haram debate. First row of boycott arose in Indonesia where Indonesian Ulema Council declared that Corona vaccine cannot be administered to any Muslim as it contains pork gelatin.
The same controversy later reached out to Indian diaspora and some Mumbai-based Sunni Ulemas declared that a Chinese vaccine, which allegedly contains pig gelatin, is ‘Haram’ or forbidden for Muslims.
