WATERBURY, CT Fireworks will be set off at Holy Land USA on New Year s Day, The Connecticut Post reported. The fireworks should be visible from vantage points around the city.
Holy Land USA, a religious theme park, has been closed since 1984.
The fireworks effort was undertaken by Post University associates, who said they wanted to spread much-needed joy, The Connecticut Post reported.

The fireworks show will be put on by Pyrotecnico and will be held weather permitting at 6 p.m. Jan. 1. Spectators are asked to socially distance and follow all CDC guidelines while watching the fireworks.
