The co-founders and creators of Rock Rose Gin and Holy Grass Vodka are celebrating Motherâs Day in style.
Dunnet Bay Distillery â the UKâs most northern mainland distillery â is run by Claire and Martin Murray, and they will be
serving some deliciously thoughtful cocktails to celebrate this Mothering Sunday.
For their own mothers they will be serving recipes containing Rock Rose Spring Edition â one of several seasonal and signature gins in their range.

A historic mill on the outskirts of Castletown could be transformed after it was bought by a Caithness business.
Martin Murray, the co-founder of Dunnet Bay Distillery, says it offers exciting potential for the award-winning firm â though he stressed there was much work to do to bring the plans to fruition.
Mr Murray confirmed that the business had bought the 200-year-old mill building and surrounding land opposite the Castletown beach.
