Barbara Goldstein is the executive director for the Holocaust Education Resource Council. Barbara and the council work to bring programs to middle and high schools that aid students in learning about the Holocaust along with building an understanding of respecting one another and being better citizens in the world we live in today.
Hosted by the Holocaust Education Resource Council, the instruction includes discussions, community service projects and even meeting an actual Holocaust survivor.
HERC is a non-profit organization working to raise awareness of the Holocaust in a 16-county region in our area. It provides instructional guidance, support and resources for educators who teach the history of the Holocaust, and educational programs for the community at large.
