MRS Brown s Boys star Eilish O Carroll has opened up about having internalised homophobia before coming out and her long journey to accepting herself.
The actress, who plays Winnie McGoogan on the hit RTE comedy, realised she was gay during her marriage to her second husband in her 40s.

The Dublin native admitted the decision to come out wasn t one take lightly as it turned her world upside down .
She said: It s not a decision you take lightly. You don t walk hand in hand into the sunset with the person that you have fallen in love with because what you re carrying is guilt, shame, the pain you have caused the very people you love.. your children, your husband, your family.

Patrick stopped by one of the capital s more famous fish and chip shops Leo Burdock s yesterday and shared a picture of it on Instagram.
He captioned the snap: Bleeding deadly!!
Later the Porsche centre in Dublin shared pictures of the US snative grinning from ear to ear in one of their cars.

In the adorable clip, Binky is seen holding a gender reveal balloon while standing alongside Max and daughter India, three.
India initially struggles to pop the balloon with a pin, before Binky takes over.
The reality star appeared stunned as the stubborn balloon failed to burst.
However, it didn t take too long before the family were showered with blue confetti after using a large kitchen knife.
