Bougher Randy Wayne Bougher, 64, Cresson, passed away Sunday, Jan. 17, 2021, at UPMC Altoona, after an arduous and courageous battle with COVID-19. He was born in Altoona, son of Harriet and Palmer Bougher. Randy was a devoted son, loving uncle, loyal brother and caring friend. He is survived by his brothers: Kenneth (Sandra) and Dennis (Cindy) Bougher; nieces: Danielle (Scott) Neely and Denise (Dan) Garcia of Altoona and Lori of Princeton, N.J.; and his great-nephew, Brandon of Pittsburgh. Randy was also preceded in death by his larger than life nephew, Jeffrey. Randy was an extremely hard worker throughout his life, having worked the majority of his life at the Sheraton Hotel and Hollidaysburg Veterans Home.
