Park Winters is welcoming people to “brighten” their homes “with a festive and fragrant Holiday Wreath” through the park’s 10 a.m. to noon Foraged Winter Wreaths class at 27850 County Rd. 26 in Winters.
The parade was supposed to return after a two-year hiatus last year but was canceled for the third year in a row due to weather conditions. The previous two parades were canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
