　　交卷10分钟，路途两小时――以往在工伤保险网上办事系统申报后，还需在指定期间内递交纸质申请。“呈交认定材料如果不符合规范，就白跑一趟，造成人力资源浪费。”周雪说，这中间还存在超期风险，影响员工首次费用报销。　　承德矿采、冶金业企业较多，工伤数量较多。“因认定流程复杂、认定周期长、费用报销时间长而引发的矛盾时有发生。”承德市人社局工伤保险科科长孔妍说。　　为了更好地服务民生，结合党史学习教育，承德市人社局以“一网一窗一次”的服务理念，全面改革工伤认定业务办理方式，建立了“承德市工伤认定电子化”网上办理流程。通过改革将原有工伤认定申请时间由最长两三个月，缩短到最少3天；由原来最多需要跑办七八次缩减到一次，在全省率先实现了工伤认定行政确认事项“办事一次成”。 �
