Like what we have done all of the yard work in the back and the exterior ones and all of that, they dont do any yard work and we are rebuildings together or for the Mayors Office on housing, so i have been doing all of that myself which is basically as of the next inspection that i have with the department of Public Health and the Fire Department is going to be the last one for the exterior. There are things on the violations that i have to connect before i can do the program. The interior. And i am elible. Forgive me and so it does not preinclude you from applying and so y
Work with. I personally have been involved with this issue since april of last year and i wish that these issues have been resolved by now, there are physical and financial impediments that prevent that from occurring, i have since april offered to participate and assist and be at meetings and talk to whoever might choose to call me and talk to me about this, and i have repeatedly felt as though, intentionally or not, i have been kept out of the loop here, and i understand that there are budgetary concerns from the departments behalf but when i dont get a department of the staff report, and i have asked for a copy of this months ago and i am returning phone calls to people that clearly understand that i am involved but it makes it difficult for me to try to help you and the home owner get to where everybody would like to be. And we have never denied access to this property, and i think that it is noted in this staff report that i did get a chance to review this morning. And that i did

I would support mr. Mccarthys proposal but give it a time certain thing. You have to pull p the permit for the stairs, finish in a certain amount of months. Im open to spread, whether we say three months, six months or whatever, but it has to be done. It has to be finished and expected and signed off on. It may not be as nice as you want it, but its got to be done. Are you suggested that the homeowner put in any type of stairs that is up to code, but it doesnt have to match what they intended to do . It wouldnt be a planning issue, it will be just a simple okay commissioner sweeney is going to stop me there. This is visible from the street, definitely has to go to planning. It has to go to planning so thats a time issue. You could still get stairs that would work and do it in a cost efficient manner. Would that be an overthecounter permit . Definitely. If he renews it, he has a set of plans, he might have to modify that, i dont know how fancy his plans are. He could stick with the plan
