Eyewitness news at the scene, on the 1100 block of arrott street around 1 30 this morning. Police say two People Living in an apartment above the garage safely got out of there, but when firefighters and Police Arrived the garage was already fully engulfed. With a Station Wagon inside. They heard allowed pop. Then piece every metal from the rear bumper of the vehicle traveled about 100 feet at high rate of seat striking two Police Officers, in their leg.
