This happened near maryland parkway and reno just before three30 this morning. Metro says the suspect and victim got in an fight at a homeless camp. At one point the suspect pulled out a gun and shot the victim. Metro says the victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition, but is now stable. The suspect has been identified, but tonight in a fox5 exclusive the Clark County School district is refusing to enforce a restraining order between students.
