Southern Dallas County industrial building trades continue warehouse investments

Three large southern Dallas County industrial properties have been bought by out-of-state investors.
New York-based Lexington Realty Trust acquired a 469,000-square-foot distribution center on North Houston School Road in Lancaster.
Built in 2016, the big warehouse was sold by a unit of Colorado-based Huntington Industrial Partners. The Park 20 building is leased as a fulfillment center to Petmate.
Also in Lancaster, Los Angeles-based AEW Capital Management acquired the 3130 N. Longhorn Drive industrial development. The more than 404,000-square-foot distribution center was built in 2018, and it’s leased to tenants including Global Fulfillment Ltd.
