The Indiana Department of Health added 2,888 COVID-19 cases to the state s total Wednesday, raising it to 959,409. The cases were confirmed Sept. 28. There were 65 confirmed COVID-19 deaths reported, raising the state s total to 15,132. The deaths occurred between Aug. 25 and Sept. 28.

Indiana has administered 2,439,862 initial vaccine doses, with 2,135,682 Hoosiers fully vaccinated.
