The Old Ellicott City Pride event is set for Saturday and Sunday in and around Ellicott City, with a Mascara Run, Drag Queen Story Time, wine tasting and brunch, an arts show, movie screening and more planned.
The daylong Howard County Pride festival on Oct. 9 will be hosted in coordination with the Inner Arbor Trust at the Chrysalis in Symphony Woods in Columbia, said Jumel Howard, chair of the HoCo Pride group.
