San Francisco won t be more restrictive than state on June 15, will fully reopen, London Breed says

Even though San Francisco has at times enforced restrictions stronger than those mandated by the state during the COVID-19 pandemic, the city will follow the state in removing all capacity limits and dropping its mask mandate for vaccinated individuals June 15.
Mayor London Breed announced Wednesday that the city will fully align with the state plan, which calls for the scrapping of distancing, capacity and mask rules. The state confirmed Wednesday morning it will adopt the CDC s masking guidance that vaccinated individuals do not need to wear masks in most settings on June 15.
