A mixed-use office-residential building in Manchester has sold for $1.1 million, a broker said. The 14,266-square-foot property at 543-545 North Main St. includes nearly 10,000 square feet of professional office space and six apartments.  The buyer was Timothy Quan, a rheumatologist who will become an owner and occupant of the property, which will be 100% leased. The seller was Peter Loening.  The original structure on the 1.61 acre site located along the Hockanum River was the power generating station for the famed Cheney Mills, according to the listing broker Chozick Realty.  The Cheney fabric mills were Manchester’s largest employer from 1833 through the mid 1900s, employing approximately 25% of the town’s residents.
