Competitors are crying foul after Howard Hanna Real Estate Services Inc. dropped its Northeast Ohio listings from the Internet Data Exchange, which allows competitors to post Hanna's listings on their own company and agent websites. Hanna said it's a sign online brokerage needs to evolve from practices launched when websites upended traditional real estate marketing.
