Jim donovan is off today. A Home Invasion suspect is now in can you custody. Police say the suspects crime spree began in mount airy. The Home Invasion happened around 9 30 last night on the 200 block of West Mount Airy avenue. Police say the man then drove the homeowners suv to a bank on city avenue and tried to use her atm card. Officers spotted him near saint Joes University in overbrook where he ditched the car and then shed his pants and shoes in a nearby yard. My biggest concern is safety, you know, it was at night. I have a son. He plays outside. Generally good neighborhood but every once in awhile something crazy happens and comes in my front yard. Now, police have not yet released where they caught up with that suspect. Hes now in custody. Charges are pending. Former Penn State Fraternity members back in court today for a preliminary hearing.
