Red Wings forward Filip Zadina and defenseman Filip Hronek are returning to Detroit to prepare for the NHL season following productive stints in the Czech League.
Zadina’s coach with HC Ocelari Trinec, Vaclav Varada, told reporters Tuesday that the Red Wings terminated the loan with the Czech team. Likewise, Hronek said after his game Tuesday with Mountfield HK that he is headed back to Detroit.
