Brent Howard, 25, has been charged with Murder for the death of Bria Howard in January 2022 after she was found with dead from gunshot wounds in her car with her 3-year-old present.
The facility was bug-ridden and didn t have air-conditioning. A severely dehydrated woman was transported to University of Texas Medical Branch Jennie Sealy Hospital, police said.
