russian president vladimir putin is vowing to respond to an attack on the bridge that connects crimea to mainland russia. multiple explosions on the bridge reported just before dawn yesterday with russia s government claiming the structure was hit tie two drones. two people were killed in the attack and a third was injured. the kremlin immediately blamed ukraine while a ukrainian public broadcaster cited multiple law enforcement sources as saying ukraine intel agency and navy indeed carried out the attack. nbc news has not confirmed the report we should note. meanwhile the new york times reports that for the kremlin the kirsch strait of the bridge is a bim of connection it s attempting to forge between russia and crimea. the bridge serves as a critical supply for transportation. and putin said yesterday his minister of defense is preparing a response to the attack. yesterday also announced it will not extend the agreement to let
