this happened in terms of the hack. so it s interesting that a big law firm here in d.c. is coordinating with both of those, you know, the dodgy dossier producer as well as the one group that the u.s. intelligence community, fbi and all, you know, no u.s. government agency was allowed to do an analysis of that dnc server. so okay. interesting. carter painful, always good to see you. thanks so much for your time. the wi-fi on air force one seems to be working well today. president trump is tweeting a long list of grievances. plus, is there a new strategy against isis? we re going to take a look at that next.

eight people. he tweeted much the same also this morning. the military has hit isis much harder over the last two days. they will pay a big price for every attack on the u.s. that all came as news to a lot of folks. is this a new strategy? what has changed? well let s see where the data lands us. joining me senior national correspondent alex marquardt has much more on this. we just heard from the president but what are we hearing from the pentagon? well, kate, as you might imagine the u.s. keeps very careful track of the number of air strikes they carry out against isis and, in fact, u.s. military has been fact checking the president in real-time today and there s nothing to indicate there s been any sort of uptick in the air strikes carried out against isis in iraq and syria. the numbers they put out today on november 1st, the day after the attack here in new york, there were 11 air strikes, on november 2nd, there were 13 air strikes. that s the same number as the number of air stri
isis targets since the terror attack in new york city. at least in the publicly available information that we have from the pentagon. now, there is the possibility that there are some secret special forces operations that are underway in that region that we don t know about, but at this point the pentagon does not seem comfortable revealing that information. so at this point we really don t know what potus means when he says that the pentagon and the military are hitting isis much harder. all of the available fligs we have seems to indicate that operations are continuing as they did before the terrorist attack in new york city, jake. all right. ryan nobles in hawaii for us. thanks so much. he s the president of the united states, whose words speak volumes. are his comments and tweets about the fbi and the justice system and verdicts. do they cross a line? we ll discuss next. mission to show drip coffee drinkers, it s time to wake up to keurig. wakey! wakey! rise and shine! oh my go
we re looking at air force one as the president is about to leave the white house. what will he say to reporters as he makes his way to marine one, to air force one and then to asia for this very important trip? another message from the president just coming in, is the fight against isis. let s go to the pentagon and have ryan brown help us sort through this. two telling tweets about ramping up the fight on isis overbroad abroad i should say. what is the president talking about specifically, do we know? the president taking to twitter in kind of response to isis claims of the responsibility for the attacks, saying the perpetrator of the terrorist attack in new york was a soldier of isis. and president trump appearing to directly respond to that, taking to twitter to say the based on that claim of responsibility, the military has, quote, hit isis much harder over the last two days. and so, again, not clear exactly what he s referring to.
