New life is coming to the magic city's third-tallest building. The former AT&T building downtown is reopening this summer as a luxury apartment complex.
Completed in 1972, the city's third-tallest building, originally known as the South Central Bell Building, will have more than 400 units of apartment space.
City Councilor Darrell O’Quinn represents the area and says he’s excited for what’s to come. The renovation is costing around $100 million and will create 404 apartments.
