game you made history didn t you? steve: i did. i was the first female in oregon to work a 68 state chief each football game. steve: and you told one of our producer sometimes you have to prove yourself a little more because generally women don t play football. that is true. that is a general statement, i ve been lucky enough to play on football teams in my tenure as a player. it wasn t until i was in an adult, it was quite different getting into it as a younger female. but we are still looked at in a little bit of a different way. we are questioned because of our gender before they even question whether we know anything. steve: you must have a good experience because look your back on the field. absolutely parent i love the association i work for. all of the guys i partner with are very supportive my family is very supportive. i love football and i wouldn t change it for the world periods
